 Fat Tuesday is just around the corner and Buffalo is going to be celebrating New Orleans style as Artvoice presents its 14th annual Mardi Gras Parade and Festival. 
Artvoice will join forces with their sponsors Southern Comfort, Labatt, 103.3 The EDGE, 97 Rock and Mix 104.1 to throw the biggest Mardi Gras party in the north east. On Fat Tuesday, February 24th, the Elmwood, Chippewa and Allentown districts will become Buffalo's own French Quarter. Over 40 clubs will be participating. Head out to your favorite club or stop by Mardi Gras Central on the corner of Delaware and Chippewa (in front of "Quote") and buy your $5 bracelet. You may also enter for a chance to win the mask pictured above right. Local artist Andrea Masse-Tognetti has graciously donated this piece, in memory of Pete Ingram. Raffle tickets will be available at all club locations. All of the money raised from bracelet and raffle sales will benefit Hospice Buffalo. The bracelet will get you in to all of the other participating clubs all night long! It's Buffalo's biggest party night of the year...so come out and party for a good cause! |
